Assistance dogs are permitted inside the mall, provided they wear a high-vis jacket or harness to help their security staff to quickly identify them as such. Specific terms and conditions also apply.

There are parent and child spaces on car park levels 3C, 5B and 6C of their multi-storey car park and on the surface car park.

The centre offers four EV charging bays located on level 3C (the outdoor bit) in the multi-storey car park.
